BOM and Part Management Administrator

Job overview

The BOM and Part Management Administrator role is onsite in Fort Wayne, IN, at 7001 Ardmore Ave. Pay is $55,000–$60,000 per year. The position supports Transmission & Fluid Equipment’s procurement and manufacturing operations for fluid power and power transmission products. The role exists to maintain accurate part records and approval workflows in Epicor Kinetic, supporting purchasing, production, quality, and new product introductions. Validated part data, costs, inventory information, and bills of materials help ensure reliable material planning and compliance with quality and cost standards.

What you'll do

• Enter part data and label storage locations
• audit bills of operations, bills of materials, inventory, and part approvals
• implement and execute testing plans
• review, coordinate corrections, and approve or reject part setup in Epicor Kinetic
• validate pricing, standard costs, vendor rebates, and lead times
• coordinate receiving-site or warehouse defaults with purchasing
• assist with BOM and BOO creation and audits
• collaborate with production on material requirements
• correct data gaps
• support process improvements, new product introductions, manufacturing changes, and cycle counts.
