What you'll do

• Support account plans and client communication
• identify service expansion opportunities and contribute to pricing and scoping discussions
• lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned projects
• maintain timelines, risk logs, and action registers
• monitor scope, schedule, risk, and quality
• manage project documentation and client updates
• track purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and forecasts
• support proposals, onboarding, cross-sell, and upsell
• use CRM, LIMS, and BI tools
• contribute to process improvement and SOP standardization.
