What you'll do

• Build and maintain talent networks across the U.S. and Canada
• develop candidate pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles
• partner with hiring leaders across business groups and corporate functions
• use applicant tracking systems, resume databases, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and job boards
• conduct market research
• share talent trends and competitive intelligence
• lead talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis
• support recruiting projects as needed.
