What you'll do

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day clinical operations
• establish and monitor standards of care and quality assurance
• conduct chart audits
• supervise and develop clinical and administrative staff
• evaluate patients and establish treatment plans
• provide indicated therapy procedures and exercise programs
• maintain patient records
• supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and review documentation
• instruct patients and families on home exercises.
