What you'll do

• Provide companionship and social engagement
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
• prepare simple meals
• shop for groceries and complete approved errands
• accompany clients to approved appointments or activities when assigned
• provide routine reminders
• follow written service plans and schedules
• document shifts
• report concerns and safety risks
• and protect client privacy and dignity.
