What you'll do

• Supervise job-site safety and quality
• communicate with owners and their representatives
• resolve conflicts and disputes to minimize delays and claims
• instruct field staff on project processes and procedures
• plan and supervise construction methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules
• coordinate with office staff on production rates and construction methods
• participate in Level 10 meetings
• apply labor-relations policies and uphold the company’s code of ethics.
