What you'll do

• Lead and mentor the estimating team
• oversee estimating
• review and approve major bids and conceptual budgets

• support revenue forecasting
• maintain industry relationships
• oversee drawing reviews and bid documents
• attend job walks, pre-bid meetings, and client presentations
