What you'll do

• Oversee work quality, job-site safety, and care of equipment, trucks, and trailers
• help shape and enforce company policies and job descriptions
• support crew efficiency and provide timely information
• review weekly time records
• complete job-related paperwork
• read and follow blueprints
• work professionally with superintendents, engineers, architects, and homeowners
• lead by example and resolve problems and conflicts.
