What you'll do

• Develop and execute corporate recruiting strategies across functions
• build, coach, and develop recruiters and sourcers
• partner with business leaders and Finance on hiring forecasts, recruiter capacity, demand modeling, and resource gaps
• own recruiting KPIs and translate data into recommendations and improvements
• advise Director- and VP-level stakeholders on hiring and talent decisions
• improve recruiting processes and scalability
• resolve recruiting challenges and competing priorities
• partner with Recruiting Operations on AI-enabled tools, automation, and workflow improvements
• use market data and talent intelligence to inform recruiting and workforce planning.
