National Director of Enrollment and Outreach (Hybrid)

What you'll do

• Develop and lead national enrollment strategy
• establish and monitor enrollment goals
• lead pipeline reviews, forecasting, conversion analysis, and performance management
• train, coach, and develop team members
• establish consistent enrollment practices and family-engagement expectations
• oversee Salesforce CRM practices
• build referral strategies
• develop center outreach plans
• partner with center directors and Marketing
• monitor student fit and early persistence
• maintain reporting and forecasts
• represent CIP at conferences and professional events.
