What you'll do
- Promote a safe work environment
- perform routine and preventive building-system maintenance
- monitor systems and alarms and respond to malfunctions
- maintain maintenance and equipment records and supply inventory
- inspect facilities and equipment
- troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- maintain building structures
- assist with installation of new equipment and systems.
