Onsite Field Service Technician

The Onsite Field Service Technician role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $22 per hour. The schedule is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role provides technical support for customer printer and imaging equipment. The technician installs, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains equipment, responds to service requests within established SLAs, and manages related assets, supplies, records, and reporting. The work helps resolve technical issues and minimize customer equipment downtime.

What you'll do

• Provide onsite technical support, dispatch assistance, and escalations for customer printer equipment
• install, diagnose, repair, and maintain printers and hard-copy or imaging equipment
• respond to service requests within SLAs
• perform system updates
• track assets and maintain records
• manage hot-swap equipment and supply inventory
• and provide customer service to resolve technical issues.
