What you'll do

• Prepare and present meals according to planned menus and special diets
• prepare for upcoming meals and events
• track food inventory and deliveries
• maintain clean, organized refrigerators and freezers and proper food temperatures
• store and label food according to procedures
• follow department procedures for cleaners and hazardous materials.
