What you'll do

• Lead daily maintenance operations across approximately 20 commercial buildings and mentor maintenance staff
• prioritize work orders and projects
• develop preventive maintenance and long-term facility and capital replacement plans
• monitor building systems including boilers, HVAC, and pool systems
• respond to tenant requests
• coordinate contractors and service providers
• maintain grounds and building exteriors
• promote safety and regulatory compliance
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• oversee campus vehicles and equipment
• manage inventory and facility assets
• participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
