What you'll do

• Serve as temporary manager when the Home Manager is off duty
• provide leadership and support to direct care staff
• assist with staff training, orientation, and scheduling
• help ensure care follows Person-Centered Plans
• communicate with staff, families, medical providers, and licensing professionals
• help maintain state licensing and company policy compliance
• assist with on-call weekends and fill staffing needs when necessary
• promote a safe and respectful home
• protect confidentiality and residents’ privacy and dignity.
