What you'll do

• Lead and mentor the OSP Engineering team
• manage staffing, schedules, safety, quality, and compliance
• oversee engineering work orders and cost estimates
• ensure designs meet company, NESC, municipal, and right-of-way requirements
• manage engineering documentation through project completion
• oversee permit applications
• coordinate schedules with contractors, property managers, customers, vendors, municipalities, and agencies
• verify contractor invoices.
