What you'll do

• Respond to parts inquiries and prepare quotes and orders
• research parts diagrams, specifications, configurations, and prior orders
• clarify equipment applications and customer needs
• manage sales performance within an assigned territory
• identify replacement, maintenance, upgrade, cross-sell, and account opportunities
• communicate options, compatibility, pricing, availability, and lead times
• follow opportunities through completion
• maintain customer and order records in Salesforce and company systems
• coordinate with internal partners.
