Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows
• reconcile bank and credit card activity
• assist with monthly and annual close
• reconcile logistics and operational data with invoices
• manage partner billing and follow up on overdue accounts
• track restricted grant expenditures and maintain funder documentation
• maintain a digital financial archive
• respond to finance questions from stakeholders.
