What you'll do

• Oversee housing assignments and respond to student questions about applications, licensing, and assignments
• monitor the housing email account
• process early arrivals and waiting-list requests
• assist with move-in and move-out
• maintain occupancy reports and records
• process approved accommodations and room changes
• support housing presentations, staff training, audits, budgets, and collections
• manage resident payments and payment plans.
