Vice President of Operations – Home Care and Healthcare Services

What you'll do

• Lead daily operations across Home Care, Home Healthcare, and Infusion Services
• standardize workflows and monitor KPIs
• oversee intake, scheduling, staffing, authorizations, and service initiation
• develop operational leaders
• partner with HR on workforce processes
• oversee documentation, EVV, billing readiness, and revenue-cycle coordination
• manage budgets and financial performance
• support quality, compliance, audits, and corrective actions
• report performance and risks to executive leadership.
