What you'll do

• Lead billing, collections, cash application, account reconciliation, and reporting
• build relationships with brokerage partners
• provide customers clear and timely information
• resolve trip-level questions with Finance, Operations, and Account Management
• maintain account and collection records
• prepare weekly reporting and cash forecasts
• improve recurring processes
• partner with Product and Engineering on automation
• help grow Revenue Operations.
