Assistant Bakery Manager

The Assistant Bakery Manager role is onsite in Warrington, PA. Pay is $15–$20 per hour. The role works alongside the Bakery Manager and team members at Nothing Bundt Cakes to create high-quality cakes and a welcoming guest experience. The assistant manager shares team leadership and supports daily bakery operations, sales, and profitability. By coaching staff, maintaining product and safety standards, and helping manage production and orders, the role helps deliver consistent service and bakery operations.

What you'll do

• Support guest experience, cake production, merchandise presentation, work environment, P&L management, and inventory control
• assist with recruiting, selecting, training, scheduling, directing, and coaching team members
• uphold product, service, visual merchandising, food safety, and health standards
• assist with production plans, ordering, reporting, accounting, expense control, and payroll
• co-manage special orders and deliveries
• help open and close the bakery, balance cash drawers, and make bank deposits
• support local marketing events
• perform bakery duties as needed.
