What you'll do

• Work under the Food Service Director’s direction
• assist with training, evaluating, and supervising dietary staff
• supervise tray-line, server, and dining-room meal service
• oversee meal preparation, food service, and sanitation
• conduct department inspections
• support quality assurance and improvement
• maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
