Senior Field Service Technician

What you'll do

• Mentor and coach junior technicians
• provide remote technical support by phone, email, and teleservice
• diagnose machinery malfunctions at customer sites
• install, repair, inspect, set up, and test equipment
• replace and adjust components
• maintain machinery
• repair electrical and electronic components and associated hydraulic, coolant, or pneumatic systems
• submit service paperwork and expenses
• provide daily updates
• maintain a safe work area
• follow customer and company safety requirements.
