Underground Utility Pipelayer

What you'll do

• Install sanitary sewer, stormwater sewer, and water structures and pipe systems
• lay out pipe routes using specifications or blueprints and coordinate layouts with a supervisor
• cut, align, position, connect, and seal pipes
• check slopes using levels or lasers
• cover pipes
• grade and level trench bases
• train others in pipe-laying techniques
• perform general labor and construction-related duties as required.
