As a Mission Specialist, the role also builds relationships with youth, conducts street outreach, connects students to services, and supports their academic and personal growth.

What you'll do

• Teach high school math and support learning in other subject areas
• provide synchronous and asynchronous instruction
• differentiate instruction using student mastery data
• develop intervention plans
• maintain grade, lesson, attendance, and behavior records
• establish classroom behavior standards
• conduct street outreach under school leadership
• connect students to services and support
• distribute basic-needs supplies
• document contacts and referrals
• follow up with youth and maintain activity records.
