Sales Training Manager

What you'll do

• Partner with Sales VPs and representatives to identify training needs and build onboarding programs
• deliver in-person and virtual training
• teach product categories, decoration techniques, pricing, minimums, policies, promotions, and quoting
• provide training on HubSpot, HighSpot, order-entry platforms, and art tools
• maintain enablement materials
• organize learning sessions
• track onboarding milestones
• and support launch meetings, trade shows, and sales summits.
