What you'll do

• Supervise and support the morning housekeeping team
• assign daily work and ensure rooms are cleaned on time
• inspect guest rooms for cleanliness
• train and guide employees
• coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance to prepare rooms
• report and follow up on maintenance issues
• monitor supplies
• respond professionally to guest requests and concerns
• ensure staff follow safety procedures and company policies
• assist with cleaning when needed.
