What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care
• provide clinical oversight to nursing staff during assigned shifts
• monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are documented
• ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies
• communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
• prioritize care by clinical urgency
• and support nursing regulations and safety standards.
