What you'll do

• Lead daily concrete construction activities
• plan assignments and coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• interpret drawings and specifications
• coordinate reinforcing steel, formwork, anchor bolts, embedded items, placement, finishing, and curing
• maintain safety and quality standards
• monitor production and progress
• coordinate with project leadership, survey crews, inspectors, and suppliers
• communicate field issues and solutions
• train and mentor crew members
• complete daily reports and project documentation.
