What you'll do

• Represent NetCov at client offices
• consult with client users and contacts about technical needs
• research and resolve Tier 1 issues using incident-management procedures
• document work and maintain environment records
• track service metrics and escalate KPI challenges
• support network and workstation implementations as assigned
• answer service-desk calls
• perform proactive network health evaluations
• participate in the recurring on-call rotation and travel to client offices.
