What you'll do

• Review forms and reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• answer routine program questions
• assemble and enter data
• reconcile reports, purchase orders, requisitions, and records
• process requisitions by checking account balances, budgets, and pricing
• assist with surplus property, fixed assets, purchasing-card compliance, annual bids, vendor applications, and front-desk coverage
• evaluate prices, recommend best value, and authorize purchase orders.
