What you'll do

• Develop and operationalize a go-to-market strategy for labor, union, and employer partners
• build relationships with labor, union, EAP, HR, and benefits stakeholders
• conduct cold outreach, educational meetings, presentations, and field outreach
• identify barriers to mental health access and work with EAP providers to address them
• design outreach strategies for HR teams, wellness coordinators, and employee resource groups
• deepen existing partnerships
• lead educational events
• share partner feedback with marketing and product teams
• collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal.
