What you'll do

• Provision and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals
• reimage devices using standard deployment tools
• support onboarding and offboarding
• maintain site IT asset inventory
• troubleshoot Tier 1 hardware, software, and connectivity issues and escalate when appropriate
• perform basic Active Directory and Microsoft 365 tasks
• troubleshoot printers and peripherals
• document tickets from intake through resolution
• maintain a professional client-facing presence.
