What you'll do

• Provide commercial management support to protect client financial and contractual interests
• report commercial issues
• lead Cost Trend Management processes
• identify scope changes, market shifts, and budget risks
• ensure EPC teams understand baseline estimates
• establish cost reporting at design kickoff
• chair biweekly cost-trend meetings and document outcomes
• update cost logs
• participate in design reviews
• record client-driven changes
• support cost estimation and quality assurance of cost-trend reports.
