What you'll do

• Collect blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages.
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures.
• Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling accuracy.
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties.
• Maintain required records and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Explain collection procedures to patients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Support multiple patient service centers and office locations as needed.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment.
