Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager works onsite at CAVA’s Willow Lawn restaurant in Richmond, VA. Pay is $21 per hour. The role supports restaurant operations and CAVA’s mission to make it simple to eat well and feel good every day. Working with the General Manager and Area Leader, the assistant manager helps deliver strong guest service and food quality while supporting team development and restaurant performance. The role contributes through operational oversight, staffing, inventory, cost control, and financial reporting.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and support team members
• assist with scheduling and staffing
• address team issues
• support guest satisfaction
• track sales and cash handling
• assist with financial reports, food safety, and operational records.
