The Registered Nurse (RN), Addiction Treatment role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, with a schedule of 5:30 AM–2:00 PM, Monday–Friday, and rotating Saturdays. Pay is $35–$40 per hour, plus a bonus structure. The nurse administers methadone and other prescribed medications, assesses health needs, and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team and community providers. The role also maintains medication accountability and clinical records to support patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuity of treatment.

What you'll do

• Safely administer methadone and other prescribed medications according to individualized treatment plans
• conduct ongoing health assessments
• evaluate readiness for dosing and provide clinical follow-up
• coordinate care with pharmacies, laboratories, physicians, community providers, and counselors
• maintain dosing records and medication accountability
• manage medication inventory under DEA, state, and organizational standards
• coordinate courtesy and vacation doses
• maintain clinical documentation and chart monitoring
• conduct community outreach and support patient engagement
• obtain required certifications and mentor new nursing staff.
