What you'll do

• Coordinate staffing, appointment schedules, workflows, policies, and procedures
• direct and supervise services across special-population locations
• oversee patient registration and EHR data entry
• monitor mobile-unit performance
• coordinate outreach
• share clinic and public-service information with community partners
• address patient complaints
• communicate goals and procedures
• participate in staff meetings and quality improvement
• represent the organization at community events
• travel with a personal car as needed.
