Job overview

The Medical Assistant, Patient Care Coordinator role is onsite across Porch Light Health clinics in the Denver region, including Northglenn, Lakewood, Englewood, and Aurora. The stated pay range is $22–$27 per hour, and the schedule is 40 hours per week, Tuesday through Saturday, typically in eight-hour shifts. Porch Light Health provides outpatient treatment for opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder, and other addictive disorders. The role combines clinical and administrative support to help patients access and continue treatment. It coordinates appointments and prior authorizations, records vitals, performs injections, communicates with patients and providers, and supports clinic operations and patient education.

What you'll do

• Book and reschedule appointments
• submit and track insurance prior authorizations
• take and record vitals
• perform injections
• communicate with patients about treatment
• address insurance questions
• maintain patient records and clinic data
• assist with opening and closing the clinic
• guide patients through paperwork, contracts, and treatment protocols.
