• Develop and execute integrated multichannel marketing plans for Florida
• support business pursuits, market expansion, and regional growth
• oversee campaigns, thought leadership, content, and collateral
• coordinate brand alignment and marketing assets
• manage participation and follow-up for events and outreach
• oversee proposal content and delivery
• lead and mentor regional marketing personnel
• manage the regional marketing budget and report performance, KPIs, and ROI
• identify market trends and customer insights.
