What you'll do

• Manage customer lifecycle from onboarding through expansion
• understand customer workflows and priorities
• identify and prioritize AI deployment opportunities
• develop deployment strategies, success metrics, roadmaps, and stakeholder plans
• build business cases and ROI models
• work with Agent Engineers and Solutions Architects on agent specifications
• lead quarterly business reviews
• monitor KPIs and optimize configurations
• represent customer feedback internally
• develop deployment playbooks
• navigate healthcare stakeholder environments.
