The Seasonal Part-Time Retail Sales Associate role is onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour plus team-pulled commission. This associate builds customer connections through product knowledge and attentive service, supports sales goals, and helps maintain store presentation and operations. The role contributes to a positive customer experience while supporting the store’s sales and merchandising needs.

What you'll do

• Build customer relationships
• greet customers
• assist with fitting rooms, sizing, and merchandise feedback
• work with the sales team to provide service
• pursue sales goals in a team-based commission environment
• learn product knowledge
• assist with projects and communicate inventory needs
• stock the sales floor
• support inventory management, cleaning, cash control, and visual merchandising
• report product concerns.
