The Project Manager – Commercial Paint role is onsite in the Milwaukee / Southeastern Wisconsin market; the listing is based in West Bend, WI. Compensation is $70,000–$105,000 per year. Solid Rock Recruiting is partnering with an established commercial specialty subcontractor. The role exists to manage subcontractor projects from contract award through completion, maintaining project performance and profitability through oversight of budgets, schedules, costs, coordination, and field execution. It also supports safe, timely completion and strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Manage commercial subcontractor projects from contract award through final completion
• own project budgets, schedules, costs, and profitability
• coordinate with general contractors, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• plan and support field execution
• monitor costs, billing, change orders, and financial performance
• coordinate materials, manpower, scheduling, and production
• communicate with stakeholders and leadership
• identify issues and develop solutions
• ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company standards.
