What you'll do

• Lead financial strategy and partner with executive leadership
• oversee billing, collections, reimbursement, denials, payer performance, and accounts receivable aging
• develop reporting, forecasts, and dashboards
• lead budgeting
• manage the financial aspects of EMR, billing, and payment-platform transitions
• strengthen financial controls, compliance, and vendor relationships
• lead and develop finance, billing, and revenue-cycle teams.
