The manager coordinates HR Centers of Excellence, provides policy and technical guidance to local HR teams, leads recruiting, and supports compensation, talent review, employee actions, and immigration governance.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate North America HR Centers of Excellence covering policy, recruiting, compensation, immigration and global mobility, benefits, and shared services
• establish priorities, procedures, service expectations, and accountability
• provide policy guidance to local HR teams
• lead recruiting and selected priority searches
• review compensation proposals and significant employee actions
• coordinate talent development reviews
• and oversee immigration and global-mobility governance.
