Job overview
The Youth Development Professional role is an onsite, part-time position in Lynden, WA, with hours Monday through Friday, 2:00–6:30 p.m.; early-release school days start at 10:00 a.m. and end at 5:30 p.m. Pay is $20–$24 per hour. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County is a youth-serving community organization focused on helping children grow and build community leadership. The role leads kindergarten through fifth-grade children in active play, creative activities, and mentorship. It contributes to a safe, inspiring place for children to develop through relationships, sports, STEM projects, art, and technology exploration.
