What you'll do

• Provide individual and group counseling for substance use disorders in accordance with OASAS regulations
• conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• coordinate with medical providers, psychiatrists, and case managers
• maintain progress notes, discharge summaries, and treatment plans
• participate in clinical meetings, training, and quality improvement
• facilitate community referrals
• follow ethical standards and OASAS requirements.
