What you'll do

• Estimate and negotiate change orders
• develop and present cost plans
• review estimates with design teams and contractors
• reconcile changes and validate contractor data
• prepare cost updates and written comments
• coordinate cost information
• manage cost checks, valuations, contingency, and commitment logs
• support value engineering
• review contractor pricing and lead negotiations
• manage budgets, forecasts, commitments, and expenditures
• coordinate cost consultants
• prepare monthly and portfolio-level reports
• negotiate final accounts
• mentor talent and maintain internal financial reporting and delivery systems.
