What you'll do

• Coordinate procurement activities under Authority policies and applicable regulations
• prepare and issue invitations for bids, requests for proposals, requests for qualifications, and other documents
• conduct bid openings and assist with evaluations
• review requisitions
• prepare purchase orders and contract documents
• maintain procurement files
• assist departments with planning and purchasing
• monitor contract performance and closeout
• research vendors and procurement methods
• prepare reports and updates
• monitor HUD requirements
• maintain fixed-asset records and reconcile schedules to the general ledger
• provide stakeholder service.
